Signature Legal is a professional services firm founded by Priha Pohjanpalo who served as Vice President, Head of M&A Legal for a TOP-10 public company in Finland (2012-2023). Prior to going in-house, he was an M&A focused private practitioner at leading national and international business law firms in Helsinki and in London (1998-2012), most recently an M&A partner at a TOP-5 independent business law firm in Helsinki.

Signature Legal provides support for and oversight of M&A, divestitures (which may involve complex carve-out elements), spin-offs and other corporate transactions so that CFOs, GCs and other key stakeholders in its client organizations can focus on their day-to-day responsibilities. This service can be provided on an end-to-end basis for the entire life cycle of a transaction.
